5 out of 5 stars Love this stoller   January 29, 2007

We purchased this stroller as a travel system and are very happy with it. My son is now 2 and still loves riding in it. It has a good amount of storage and a snack tray with a cup holder which is great. It is very durable. We've taken it on hiking trails and on dirt walkways and it does fine. My husband even accidently started running over it with his truck and nothing happened to it! It is a little awkward to handle once it folds up, but I like the way it folds flat and easily fits in the car.

We got this stroller in Blackwell pattern. It's not a midsized stroller, definately LARGE, but that's what we wanted for the long walks and zoo trips and such. It's GREAT! Folds with the twist of the wrist. Easy assembly, everything is sturdy. Adapts to hold our snugride car seat sturdy. very comfy for baby, great on bumps, easy to steer. When the seat is all the way down it's difficult to get anything in the carry net on the bottom, but the handles are perfect for draping the diaper bag over and we carry it that way.
The only complaint I have, if any, is that after it's folded, the latch that secures it so it doesn't open back up when you lift it pops off a lot. Doesn't stay fastened. I have to hold it onto the peg when I lift it. They should rethink that. But besides that, I think this stroller is great.

Great! Looks good too. Smooth riding, so my son loves going for a spin. He used to cry when placed into the first car seat we bought. Three lock seat belt, 180 degree canopy on carseat, and canopy on stroller with sunroof (put them together to keep out the elements and other undesirables). Time and temperature, cupholders, roomy for baby, huge storage basket...I could go on. It's just great. Just know it is a bit bulky when broken down to go into the trunk.

5 out of 5 stars Works for more than just a 'stroller'   May 30, 2007

I received this stroller w/the carrier for my baby shower, and I LOVE it. At first, it felt chunky and hard to manuever after watching all these hip moms with their MacLaren's chic, lightweight, sportiness, but after watching a friend's MacLaren fall over backwards w/a coffee cup spilling out, after she had a shopping bag hanging on the handle, I am 100% satisfied with GRACO.

Not only is my 2 y/o son comfy in this stroller today, but I've changed his diaper in it, fed him a full finger food meal in the front tray area when he was too small for a high chair (or none available), laid him down for a nap in the fully reclining seat, and trekked him through an outdoor museum in AZ with dirt paths. I usually carry LOTS of stuff with me, so the storage compartment below has plenty of room for a large diaper bag, plus jackets and shopping bags! It handles great (ok, it will bump into racks at the store now and again), and has 2 cup holders and 2 compartments at the handle for your cell phone and keys.

If you can forego fashion, then GRACO strollers are the way to go for all its practicality.

5 out of 5 stars awesome stroller -- better than the peg perego   August 3, 2009

I was all set to get the Peg Perego P3 until one day I had to push my friend's P3 w/her daughter in it while holding onto my daughter w/my other hand. Man was it hard to push it straight one-handed. That completely made up my mind to go back to researching and in one day after reading the reviews I decided on the Graco Quattro Deluxe and my husband and I agree that it has been one of our best baby purchases (and cost only 1/2 of the P3!). We actually started out w/a snap and go and then moved on to the Maclaren Quest umbrella stroller which was great for awhile but soon my daughter hated being in it because the straps were so confining plus I really wanted a snack tray and cup holder. My daughter loves this stroller and I especially think she likes the height that she sits at since it's higher than her umbrella stroller and she can see what's going on around her much better.

PROS:
-FULL SIZE with option of using a 5-point or 3-point harness meaning that you have the option of strapping your child's shoulders and waist or only the waist. We use the 3-point all of the time and my daughter loves the full range of motion she gets from it. She hated her umbrella stroller because she couldn't move forward and back as she pleased.
-Awesome snack tray, cup holders for your child and you, compartment for your keys, clock
-Full canopy
-Full recline
-Leg Rests
-HUGE basket!!! I didn't think I'd really need it but I love just taking the stroller for grocery shopping trips.
-Very easy to open and close. I've even mastered opening it one-handed w/my 35lb child on my hip.

CONS:
-Takes up 70% of my camry's trunk but hey it's not called a full-sized stroller for nothing! I'd say it's about 30lbs or so.

small tip -- the small plastic red tab is for keeping the stroller locked once you fold it down.

overall LOVE IT! Btw we got the Rittenhouse pattern and it's very nice and classic. You could definitely consider it gender neutral since it's mostly black.
